Precare
- Stop using prescription strength exfoliant creams (Retina-A and Alpha Hydroxy) for 2 weeks prior to treatment around the eyelid area
- It is highly recommended to prep your skin with a Vitamin B or C serum or some type of tyrosinase inhibitors to help with the healing and pigmentation side of things.
- Avoid tanning prior to procedure. If you get tanned / sunburnt please postpone your procedure
- Do not come with any eye makeup or extreme lash extensions and fake lashes
Aftercare
- After NPA, keep your eyes dry in 24 hours
- After 24 hours, clean your eyes with sodium clorid 0.9% : 2 times / per day ( pour Natri clorid directly onto your eyelids. Then, dry them immediately with the cotton pads. Remember to close your eyes to avoid
- On day 3 (day one being treatment day) , apply 1-2 drop of Stemcell onto each eyes right after cleaning it.
- After 6-7 days , make sure your eyes are completely dry , apply Spf 50+ right after stem cell application in the morning, apply 7 times / day continuous
- After 7 days, the scabs falls off, continue applying Stemcell (+ always Sunscreen 6-8 times / day

Do not pick, peel of scratch off the scab during the healing process

General Care
Avoid getting the treated area wet for 6 hours. After that, you may take a light shower with water.
Do not scratch or rub the treated area. Avoid tight clothing, friction, or adhesive patches.
Avoid sweating activities (exercise, sauna,) and swimming until peeling is fully complete.
Do not forcefully remove the peeling skin, let it naturally fall off.
Cream Usage
Start using the whitening cream 3 days after your appointment.
Your skin may feel dry after the procedure. Apply a moisturizer first, and once it's absorbed, apply the Mestyque cream.
Do not massage in the cream
Do not apply to untreated areas.
Cream Storage
Store at room temperature or in fridge.
Do not store in direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures, as this paraben-free product may brown under these conditions.
If the product is affected due to improper storage, it must be discarded and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Results
Once you are happy with the desired result, the cream is no longer needed.

Blisters may occur during peeling. If so, please contact us immediately
Peeling will naturally occur within 3-14 days. Do not forcefully remove skin.

Start the day after peeling begins. Apply small amount morning & evening, let absorb fully before putting clothes on.

Rinse your mouth 20 minute after the procedure.
After 1 hour, you may eat as normal.
Avoid spicy food, hot food, and alcohol for 1 week.
If wounds, cuts, or tears occur, wait until healed before applying cream.
Lips
Peeling: Begins the day after procedure and lasts 3 days-2 weeks. Do not pick skin. Dryness: Use lip balm (e.g., Vaseline) Recommended to use SPF lip balm

Pre-Treatment
- We recommend shaving the treatment area 2-3 week prior to your appointment. Please ensures that the hair is at least 2-5cm in length for the electrolysis process.
- Do not wax or tweeze the area, as electrolysis works best on hair that is in the active growth phase, and these methods remove hair from the follicle, which interferes with the treatment.
- Refrain from tanning or exposing the area to direct sunlight for at least 48 hours before your treatment. Sunburned or irritated skin may not respond well to electrolysis.
- If the area to be treated has any cuts, abrasions, or irritation, please reschedule your appointment until the skin has healed.
- Avoid any harsh exfoliating treatments (like chemical peels) for at least 7 days prior to your session.
- Limit your intake of caffeine and alcohol 24 hours before your appointment. These can increase sensitivity and may make your treatment less comfortable, instead of drink more water to keep the skin hydrated.
- Please arrive at your appointment with clean, dry skin. Avoid applying any lotions, oils, or makeup to the area before your treatment
- Avoid using any active ingredient such as Vitamin A or retinol on treat area for at least 3 days prior to your session
- If you are on any medications, especially those affecting your skin (e.g., acne treatments, retinoids), please inform us ahead of time.
- Make sure to let us know if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, or have undergone any cosmetic procedures in the treatment area recently.
Post-Treatment
- Gently cleanse the treated area with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser.
- Avoid using abrasive soaps or scrubbing the area for the first 24-48 hours
- For the first 48 hours after treatment, avoid exposing the treated area to direct sunlight or tanning beds.
- If sun exposure is unavoidable, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.
- Refrain from using makeup or applying lotions or creams to the treated area for at least 24 hours after your session. This will help prevent irritation and promote healing.
- Avoid picking at scabs or bumps that may form in the treated area. These are normal and part of the healing process. Picking can cause irritation and possibly scarring.
- After the first 24 hours, if your skin feels dry or irritated, you can apply a fragrance-free moisturizer or aloe vera gel to the treated area to soothe and hydrate the skin.
- For 48 hours after your session, avoid hot showers, saunas, or strenuous activities that cause excessive sweating. Heat and sweat can irritate the treated area and prolong healing.

Avoid using strong exfoliating products (such as retinoids or glycolic acids) on the treated area for at least 7 days post-treatment to prevent further irritation.
And don't forget to stay CONSISTENT with your treatments electrolysis is most effective when sessions are spaced correctly and are part of a consistent treatment plan. Be sure to follow up with your scheduled sessions.
